Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
* For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

We may cancel or place on hold any order that does not match these criteria.



Shipping and Delivery Time
  • Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation.  Delivery time is 2-3 days from shipping date.
  • Most orders are shipped within one to two business days from when the order is received.
  • Free shipping for United States, for all orders over $50.00. Otherwise, standard shipping cost is min $4.60.


International Orders

  • International orders are shipped in 2 to 3 business days after your order is processed
  • Standard international shipping cost with USPS is min $8.50. International express shipping with USPS International Express Mail is min $16.95.
  • International order may be subject to local import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.  
  • International orders will be shipped only to the cardholders’ address.

Please consult us for other international shipping charges.


Damage Claims
If your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately before you return the product, so that we can notify the  Carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for seven business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you promptly.

We only sell and ship to residents of the United States, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand.


Discounts and Coupon Codes 
Occasionally, we feature promotional coupon / discount programs. Follow these simple steps for redeeming a promotion or discount code. 

1. On the payment page in Checkout, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon Code:" 
2. Codes are case sensitive. 
3. Your discount will be applied and shown at checkout.


Cancellations 
Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons:

* Item(s) not available.
* Difficulty in processing your payment information.
* Duplicate order was placed.
* Cancelled due to a customer request. 

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will be credited for any cancelled order.


Return Policy
Orders can be returned up to 15 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping.  If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging.  You will receive a full refund within 7 days of our receiving your returned product.  If shipping was free for your order, it will not be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. 
Other shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed and refused packages.
